WHO IS THE COMPETITION OPEN TO?
The competition is open to 11th, 12th and 13th grade students of health vocational schools in Békés county.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION?
The deadline for applications is 5 December 2021.
WHAT DOES THE COMPETITION CONSIST OF?
Competitors must demonstrate their professional skills, knowledge and commitment to nursing in a three-round professional competition. The preliminaries and semi-finals of the competition will be held online, while the final will be held in person to measure practical knowledge and skills.
WHO IS THE ORGANISER OF THE COMPETITION?
GFU’s Faculty of Health and Social Sciences is organising the competition together with the Hungarian Chamber of Health Care Professionals of Békés County and their partners.
WHEN WILL THE COMPETITION TAKE PLACE?
In February 2022, at the beginning of the second semester.
HOW MANY PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED?
The winner of the final will be awarded the title of the Most Outstanding Nurse Candidate, those who come in second and third will receive the title of Outstanding Nurse Candidate. All finalists will receive some kind of recognition thanks to the sponsoring organisations and if they choose to continue their studies at GFU’s FHSS, they will be offered various scholarships.
