Faculty of Theology

On 15 September 2023, the Faculty of Theology of Gál Ferenc University started full-time education and correspondence courses. In the building at Dóm Square, students of theology (Theology, Theology – Teacher of Theology, Catechetics – Pastoral Worker, Pastoral Counselling and Organisational Development), students of infant and early childhood education, first-year and senior students of the Faculty of Education, and students of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, who were admitted to the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, started their studies in Szeged in the academic year 2023/24. All students were given the opportunity to attend an academic information session, where they were informed about their studies. The University enrolled nearly 600 more students this year than last year. Including senior students, the total number of students at the University of Gál Ferenc Gál exceeds 2,000.
