Faculty of Economy
In recognition of her outstanding teaching activities and her dedicated role in our university’s Erasmus+ activities, Monika Csefkó, Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator and language instructor at the Faculty of Economics, has been awarded the Apáczai Csere János Prize.
Our colleague has been teaching the English language and culture for nearly 40 years and has served as an examiner in several language examination systems. She has been a member of the Faculty of Economics since 1997. She carries out her duties with a high level of professional expertise and strong commitment.
She has played a pioneering role at the faculty in the digitalization of language education and Erasmus+ application processes. Thanks to her work, the popularity of the Erasmus+ programme and the number of international mobility opportunities have increased significantly at our institution. Through her innovative programmes and enthusiastic organizational efforts, many of our students have gained confident language skills, international experience, and lifelong Erasmus memories.
We sincerely congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition and thank her for her exemplary work carried out over the decades.
